In line with A Single Drop for Safe Water’s (ASDSW) mandate to strengthen Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) governance and technical capacities of its strategic partners, an ICT in M&E workshop was designed and conducted with M&E staff of its partner, Bangsamoro Development Agency, for its early childhood development and WaSH programs.

A few months after, ASDSW sought help for its WaSH survey in conducting mobile data collection using Kobotoolbox which included setting up forms, processing results and data visualization using Google Fusion Tables.

Victor has worked with A Single Drop for Safe Water (ASDSW) to enhance the database system of one of ASDSW's partner organization. He introduced to us innovative ways on developing organizational capacity in the use of information and communication technologies in monitoring and evaluation. With his knowledge and skills, we have also consulted him to improve ASDSW's tools on conducting our Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WaSH) Inventory/ Survey to the communities.
